Do we keep any credit card details on the website?
No definitely not! We transfer our members to our Bank's (Westpac) recommended secure site "securepay" for all credit card payments. We only receive an approval or denial from them.

Why do you charge GST (Goods & Services Tax)?
GST is only applicable to Australian Buyers. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS ARE GST FREE (because the goods are not for use within Australia). We pay GST & Import Duties upon entry into Australia & have to pass this on to the Australian Consumer by Australian Law. We are an Importer & Exporter of Fine Jewellery.
